For women with ADHD who are done hustling for worth
Good Enough & Growing is an impromptu podcast celebrating women in midlife. We aim to provide practical insights on mental health, self-actualization, and surviving (and maybe even thriving) everyday life. Let's normalize ADHD experiences through self-acceptance, education, and storytelling to foster a supportive community where listeners feel seen, valued, and good enough.

Meet the Hosts
Amanda has been diplomatically mediating conflicts while simultaneously seeking attention as a stereotypical middle child for over 40 years. She is passionate about social justice, experiencing the full spectrum of human emotions, and building meaningful connections. She is an eternal optimist whose hopefulness persists because she unabashedly believes our actions matter and everyone can make a difference to better their lives and communities.
Amanda earned her B.A. in Communications (Radio & TV Broadcasting) in December 2004. After navigating life and gaining world experience through many spectacular missteps and unmatched joys, Amanda returned to school as an adult learner and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work in August 2023. She currently works as a psychotherapist and psychology instructor.
Amanda is a perimenopausal adventurer with later-in-life diagnosed ADHD who continues to embrace the challenges of living while developing more self-compassion. Her greatest loves are her family, impressionist artwork, fidgety meditation, kitchen dance parties, sunny autumn days, and sharks.
